ASPIRE SPORTS becomes a distributor of SINTER and Selle Royal from May 2024

20.05.2024

The year 2024 is a very fruitful one for ASPIRE SPORTS with regard to taking new brands under its wing. Following the successful acquisition of the fi'zi:k brand at the beginning of the year, ASPIRE SPORTS has added two more strong players to its brand portfolio as of 20 May 2024. The first is the Slovenian brake pad manufacturer SINTER and the second is the Italian saddle manufacturer Selle Royal. This brings the number of brands ASPIRE SPORTS now has under its wings to 26

Sinter is a Slovenian brake pad manufacturer with more than 50 years of history. It employs 25 experts in its production plant and development centre in Ljubljana. From raw materials, through development and testing, to production and packaging, everything takes place in Slovenia. Almost 90% of production goes directly to manufacturers and large customers such as Aprilia and KTM. This means more than 5 million units a year. Sinter is one of the few brake component manufacturers based outside Asia.

The Selle Royal saddles, which give the name to the entire group (which includes fi'zi:k), are comfort products designed for recreational cycling and cycling touring. The tradition of Selle Royal saddles dates back to the 1970s, and the brand boasts collaborations with leading European universities. As a result, it has a range of saddles that meet the specific ergonomic requirements of women and men. Thanks to high comfort and excellent ventilation, the result is always a pleasant ride.

SINTER brake pads are now distributed by ASPIRE SPORTS throughout Central and Eastern Europe, with the exception of Slovenia, which SINTER will handle itself. Selle Royal saddles will be distributed from Jinačovice near Brno to 9 European countries.
