Mavic extends lifetime warranty on entry level carbon wheelsets

09.12.2025

Mavic has decided to extend its "Lifetime Warranty" to entry-level carbon wheelsets, which start with "S" in their model name. What does it mean?

Carbon wheels under lifetime warranty

The production of carbon wheels requires true mastery and knowledge in the field. Mavic's industry experience ensures that all its products are highly durable and functional in the long term. For this reason, they can afford to give a LIFETIME WARRANTY on their carbon wheels.

Previously, only the higher model ranges from this brand were included in this program. But that changed on November 1, 2025. The LIFETIME WARRANTY program now also includes entry-level models of these wheels, specifically the Cosmic S42 road wheels and AllRoad S Carbon gravel wheels and Crossmax S Carbon wheels.

This extension also applies to all Cosmic S42 wheelsets registered before November 1, 2025. They will automatically be transferred to the LIFETIME WARRANTY program.

How to register your Lifetime Warranty

The Lifetime Warranty registration process includes four steps:

  1. Scan QR code on your wheelset or open www.mavic.com/care at your browser
  2. Register yourself
  3. Add serial number from front and/or rear wheel and copy of your invoice
  4. Send to registration
