Cannondale Topstone - New generation that keeps you always in game

11.03.2025

Here it is. Generation 3 of our all-around gravel superstar, the Topstone Carbon. Smoother, sleeker, and more thoughtfully integrated, this is the third evolution of the bike that answered the question “Wouldn’t it be awesome if gravel bikes had suspension?” with a hearty “Hell Yeah.”

On a new Cannondale Topstone Carbon, every ride feels better. Roads feel smoother. Tires feel grippier. Corners feel less sketchy. And the miles or kilometers all roll by a little easier. Especially when equipped with the latest version of the original, built-for-gravel suspension fork, the Lefty Oliver.

So, if your rides take you beyond the paved and predictable, whether that’s nabbing a PR at a gravel race, loading up for a backcountry adventure, or just exploring the roads less traveled, do it better on the new Topstone Carbon. It’s the ultimate go-anywhere, carry-everything, up-for-anything, fast-and-furious, gravel machine.

Go anywhere, bring everything.

The Topstone Carbon plays the gravel suspension game like nothing else. Lightweight, long-lasting and easy to maintain, the unique Lefty Oliver and KingPin combo is dirt-road royalty. Taking the roughest tracks and trails out there and making them feel like champagne gravel. Meaning you can stay on the cranks and carry the momentum to get there first.

Maximum tire size

  • 52mm for the frame
  • 56mm for the rigid fork
  • 47mm for the Lefty Oliver

Travel

  • Topstone Carbon Lefty 40mm front / 30mm rear
  • Topstone Carbon 30mm rear

Smiles for Miles

Kingpin is our lightweight, go-for-longer rear suspension. Maintenance-free and complexity-free, it gives the Topstone frame legit rear-wheel travel without compromising stiffness for the sprint. Kingpin provides a smoother ride, more traction to push harder, and more give to take on the rough stuff. You’ll hardly know it’s there, but you’ll be very glad you’ve got it.

Lefty Feels Right

After a decade on the roads, Lefty Oliver still wows with its unique look and gravel-taming performance. 40mm of travel in a stiff, lightweight design boosts confidence and control for faster rides. And with 100-hour service intervals – double that of most forks – you get more ride time and less down time.

Bring it All

Multiple mounting points on the frame mean more gear and more adventures. Our all-new StashPort storage system in the downtube is designed to be concealed yet convenient. Paired with the special StashBag, you can bring your essentials along for the ride and know that they’ll be kept safe, whatever you get up to out there.

Tuned Ride

A dialed-in ride, just for you. AKA: Proportional Response Construction. Everything from the carbon layup to the geometry on Topstone is individually tuned by frame size. So that the bike – including its KingPin suspension – works in harmony to give you the best ride for you and your dimensions.

Features

KingPin

Our innovative gravel rear suspension is light, simple, and effective. A thru-axle pivot in the seat tube allows the rear triangle and seatpost of the bike to flex vertically, delivering up to 30mm of bump-smoothing travel.

Lefty Oliver

Lefty Oliver is our ultralight, single-sided suspension fork for gravel bikes, offering 40mm of travel and incredible steering precision for enhanced control and comfort on any terrain.

OutFront Steering Geometry

Confident stability meets nimble agility. An extra-long fork offset paired with a slack head angle keeps the steering light and lively, yet delivers unreal confidence at speed and in the rough stuff.

StashPort + StashBag

StashPort is our take on a downtube storage system, accessed beneath the water bottle cage. Every bike includes StashBag, a specially designed bag for your essentials.

Tire Clearance

Topstone Carbon fits tires with a maximum measured width of up to 52mm for the frame and 56mm for the rigid fork. Lefty Oliver's tire clearance is optimized for a 700x47mm tire, with height being the primary limiting factor.

Dropper Ready

Built to accept an internally-routed 27.2mm dropper seatpost, which shouldn´t be a surprise on a bike this capable.

Proportional Response

Tuned for the rider, our size-specific construction creates optimal stiffness and compliance for each frame size. So, every rider benefits from the ideal ride feel and comfort of KingPin.

Tidy Does It

Internal cable routing throughout the frame, combined with Conceal Stem, delivers a tidy, integrated look.

Winter bicycle shoes from Fizik

Cycling, even amateur cycling, is no longer just a summer sport. The current state of our climate makes it possible to practice this sport almost without limitations all year round. However, the winter season requires special equipment to ensure comfort, safety and sufficient performance in more demanding conditions. One of the critical pieces of equipment is a suitable pair of winter bicycle shoes. You can solve this with shoe covers, winter insoles or warm socks from grandma. Whoever got tired of these makeshift solutions and bought winter shoes has only one regret: he didn't do it much earlier.
